Kaitlin Kerby Founder
Kaitlin has always had a deep love for reading, writing, and creativity. In recent years, she has turned her passion into career-building skills aimed at bringing people together. Working with nonprofit organizations and sustainable small businesses, Kaitlin provides social media management, web design, and copywriting services that reflect her clients’ vision.
“Digital marketing gives me a chance to help bring someone’s creative ideas to life. My favorite part about my job is inspiring business owners through creative thinking. This allows me to shine a light on each individual I work with, in an authentic and genuine way.”
In her free time, Kaitlin thrives in the ocean. Whether scuba diving, surfing, or enjoying a sunset swim, the ocean reinvigorates her creativity and passion.
Sarah Cartee Marketing Assistant
With a background in communications, copywriting, and graphic design, Sarah is a seasoned digital marketing professional with many years of experience in the field. When she discovered her passion for helping others thrive in the digital world, she dedicated herself to using her career to drive real results for people and their businesses.
“There’s nothing better than getting to collaborate and work with others to help them reach their goals. The digital world is ever-changing, and helping people feel empowered to take full advantage of it is my favorite part about the job.”
In her free time, you can find Sarah longboarding the South Shore, plant shopping, freediving, or harnessing her sewing skills.

Featured on GoPro, Hawaii Magazine, OUTDOOR, Hawaii Travelers and more, Michael boasts a versatile and impressive Photography resume. With more than 6 years of experience, Michael helps ALOHA’s clients with their branding and product photography, using each photo as a way to connect business and services with their customers.
“I love being able to use photography as a way to tell stories – whether it’s telling the story of a place, a person, a product, or a business. And I believe storytelling is the key to successful marketing.”
In his freetime, you can find Michael freediving, hiking, training for an upcoming IRONMAN, or taking photos for fun.
